- Deep Tissue Massage for stubborn, tight areas; chronic muscular spasm, pain and injuries.
- Sports Massage techniques for recent injuries; sports preparation and recovery; and pre and post event massage.
- Trigger Point for inflammed, tender or painful points.
- Myofascial Stretching for a more extensive soft tissue release and
- Corrective Exercise to facilitate ongoing muscular release.
